How to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Automate

Log In to the Client Portal (

  1. If this is the first time you are logging in to the Client Portal, click the activation link in the invite email. If the link is older than 48 hours, it is no longer valid and does not work.
  • The Username and Confirmation Code (if MFA has been enabled) automatically populate based on the information provided in the email. Enter the desired password in the Password field and again in the Confirm Password field.
  • Click the Set Password button. You are prompted to log in with your new password.
  • Enter your Username (email address) and your Password.
  • Click Log In. You receive an email with a six-digit one-time password.
  • Enter the One-time password (if MFA has been enabled) and click Log In.
