WEC Compliance Package for Municipalities
We have extensive experience working with municipalities across the state of Wisconsin to become compliant with all the WEC’s requirements. See below for how we can help and our rates.
We work with the state to get your appropriate .gov domain name (ex: ci.madison.wi.gov), and setup email for as many users as needed.
One-time setup fees:

$49.95 to assist in acquiring a .gov domain with the state of WI $99.95 to provision your new email service with Microsoft 365 $249.95 to setup email archiving (optional but highly recommended) Email service fees (recurring):

$7.20/mo for a “Basic” user. This includes a mailbox and the online (web) versions of the Microsoft Office apps $15/mo for a “Standard” User. This includes everything in Basic but also allows you to download the Microsoft Office desktop apps $3.00/mo per mailbox using archiving Over-Watch Managed IT service Your job relies on technology more than ever before. That’s why we developed our Over-Watch Managed IT service to keep your systems online, maintained, secure and in compliance with the WEC.
